The Journal of Radiological Protection is the official scientific journal of the society, and is published quarterly - see Journal.
At least four scientific meetings are held each year and bursaries are awarded to students studying radiological protection. In addition, a Founders Prize is on occasion presented to a member of the Society who has made a significant contribution to radiological protection.
Individual members of the Society are eligible to be members of the International Radiation Protection Association (IRPA) which provides for international co-operation in all aspects of radiological protection including the holding of international conferences. Members of the Society who are members of IRPA may obtain the journals 'Health Physics' and 'Radiation Protection Dosimetry' at a privilege price.
