Concern existed in 2002 that a potential skills shortage was developing. This report "Nuclear and radiological skills study: report of the Nuclear Skills Group, 5 Dec 2002" outlined the measures that were being taken to quantify the problem, looking up to 15 years into the future, and the proposed actions to avert those shortages.
