A little bit of history was made recently at Atkins Ltd, when Dr Allan Ashworth CRadP MSRP was presented with Radioactive Waste Adviser (RWA) Certificate 001. 

He is pictured here receiving his certificate from his Director David Nancarrow CRadP MSRP, who is  QSE Business Partner in Energy, Design & Engineering & Corporate Services at Atkins. 

Allan's is the first of over 380 to be awarded throughout the UK by the UK RWA Approval Board on behalf of the three environment agencies in Scotland, England and Wales and Northern Ireland.
