SRP President Chris Englefield recently represented the Society at a two day meeting organised by the World Institute of Nuclear Security (WINS) at Bohol, The Philippines. 

Contact was made with the Philippines Association for Radiation Protection (PARP), through their President, Mrs Eulinia Valdezco.  PARP is affiliated to IRPA.

 Chris was invited  by WINS to give a presentation describing the activities of SRP as an example of the role that Professional Associations can play in promoting the security of radioactive sources.
