Ionising Radiation Metrology Forum plus Instrument Training Workshop

05 - 06 June 2024

UKHSA, Chilton Training Centre (Didcot)

The one day Ionising Radiation Metrology Forum (IRMF) is held twice a year (January and June).  We are always keen to be sent suggestions for presentations.  If you have a topic that you'd like to present, please get in touch.

On the day following this June's IRMF, SRP's Metrology and Measurement Science Committee will be hosting an instrument training day (6 June). The purpose is to give trainees in the industry a better understanding of the practical aspects of instrument calibration and use. The day will suit anyone from a radiation protection background interested in learning more on the “how” and “why” we calibrate radiological instruments.

Exhibition

To exhibit for both days of this event it will cost £525 for Affiliated Organisation members and £700 for non-Affiliated Organisation members.

This is a popular event to exhibit at and there are limited spaces so early booking is advised.

Please email georgie.richardson@srp-uk.org to book an exhibition place.
